If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.
Refunds under this policy apply only to:

- Managed WordPress Hosting Plans
Refunds do not apply to:
- Domain name registration, transfer, or renewal fees
- SSL Certificates

3. VPS, Cloud & Dedicated Hosting Refunds
Due to the nature of VPS Hosting, Cloud Servers, and Dedicated Hosting (which involve custom provisioning and resource allocation), these services are non-refundable once activated.
However, GlobeHostify may issue partial refunds or credits in exceptional cases, such as:
- Service not delivered as described
- Extended downtime directly caused by GlobeHostify infrastructure

4. Domain Name and Add-on Services
All domain name registrations, transfers, renewals, and add-on purchases (including SSL certificates, IPs, and software licenses) are non-refundable, as they are instantly processed and registered with third-party providers.
If a domain registration fails due to system or registrar error, GlobeHostify will issue a full refund or credit to your account.
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your service at any time by submitting a cancellation request through your GlobeHostify client dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- To qualify for a refund under the 30-day guarantee, the cancellation request must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
- Cancellations made after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- GlobeHostify is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
