All services are provided in accordance with the selected plan, subscription, or agreement made between GlobeHostify and the client.

3. Payment and Billing Terms

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or renewal unless otherwise specified.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment gateways displayed on our website.

  • Subscription services are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • GlobeHostify reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue or failed payments.

  • All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated) and may be subject to applicable taxes or transaction fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and service setup.

  • Maintain the security of login credentials and account information.

  • Use the hosting services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

  • Avoid hosting content that is illegal, abusive, or violates third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy laws).

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, trademarks, and content associated with GlobeHostify, including website design, software, code, templates, and materials, are owned by or licensed to GlobeHostify.
Clients retain ownership of their website content and data. However, by using our Services, you grant us the right to host, display, and maintain your content solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

6. Limitation of Liability

GlobeHostify will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Service interruptions or downtime,

  • Data loss or unauthorized access,

  • Website performance issues,

  • Any use or inability to use our Services.

While we strive to maintain maximum uptime and reliability, all hosting services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

7. Modifications to Terms

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.

  • Clients are responsible for all charges incurred up to the date of termination.

  • GlobeHostify reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited activities.

  • Upon termination, user data may be permanently deleted after a specific period unless a data backup is requested in advance.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

GlobeHostify reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
